Write about a birthday that you had. Remember to include a topic sentence, at least three events from that birthday and a closing sentence. Here is an example:

My favorite birthday was when I turned six. First, my parents decorated my bedroom with balloons and streamers. Next, we went to IHOP for a special breakfast. I ordered the chocolate chip pancakes…Yum! After that, my friends came over for a party in my backyard. We had a water balloon fight. Finally, everyone went home and we watched a movie and ate popcorn. All my birthdays are special, but that one was my favorite!
