Hello families!
Tonight’s homework involves students counting and determining the value for tens and ones. They will use the greater than and less than symbol to make the statement true.
Today we learned that singular nouns are nouns that name one person, place or thing and plural nouns name more than one person, place or thing.
Examples of plural nouns: cats, babies, feet, mittens
Examples of singular nouns: monkey, door, girl, stove
We will most likely take our Math NWEA test on Friday morning. Please make sure your child gets lots of rest, eats a filling breakfast and arrives to school on time. I encourage you to talk to your child about the importance of this test. They must take their time listening to each question and working hard on the ENTIRE test. I am so proud of all of them and I know they are going to perform like rockstars!! You might want to send an extra snack to school on this day since we do not receive a snack from the cafeteria on Fridays 😉
Have a great evening!!
