Students have a study guide to complete this weekend. Please return on Monday so we can review it. Test will be on Tuesday. If you would like to donate something with a “movie” theme for the raffle and the Snow School Fair you can still send it in on Monday. If you still have spring pictures and have not paid for them please return them.
Re-posting from April-This year Room 29 needs donations for a “Movie Night” basket. You can send me the donations which I have to turn in by May 29th. The baskets will be raffled off during the Snow Picnic on June 5th. The PTA asks that you do not send in any perishables or chocolate.

On Tuesday June 2nd at 2:30 we will be receiving pizza for being the class that sold the most Pizza Kits for the 5th grade camp fundraiser. No snack needed that day!
Reminder, Monday is Field Day. Wear your Field Day shirts or other Snow shirts. Wear tennis shoes!

We will be taking our NWEA tests this Friday and the Next Thursday (May 14th).
I have been going over student goals with them and talking about the importance of doing well on this test. I am sending home a small sheet of paper on Thursday that has their scores and their spring goal. This goal was set based upon their fall scores. The goal is set up so that they aim for making a one year individual growth. Some students met that goal in the winter so I have set a new spring goal with them. Meeting their goal is important so please talk to them about taking their time on this test, thinking through the questions, and focusing to ensure best effort. Also make sure they get a good night sleep and a breakfast low in sugar the morning of the test. We will begin the test at 10:00 am both dates. We will be taking the math test on Friday.
ALSO, Thank you so much for the gifts you have sent in, they are much appreciated and I enjoy seeing the excitement the kids have in giving them.
