Last week in science students used their windsocks to measure wind direction. They also made a cloud rain and this week they published their informational text on weather tools. It’s been a busy writing week as they completed two opinion pieces, one of them a district assessment. In math they made fish and yesterday put them in order from longest to shortest, measured them and recorded their length. Also yesterday they began their work as producers making clay figures to sell to Mrs. Slater’s class as part of our economics unit in social studies. Next week we will be consumers and purchase from them.
