  Wanted: Supplies for Leprechaun Traps

We will be reading about Leprechauns and Pots of Gold during the next two weeks and would like students to get some gold so we decided to have them build Leprechaun Traps and try their luck at catching one.  If you could start collecting items on the list below and send them in by Friday, March 13^th we would appreciate it. This is not a limited list, use your imagination and send in anything worthy of trap building!

Wanted:

• paper, plastic, and Styrofoam cups
• 1 shoebox (or other box to make the trap from)
• cardboard items ( oatmeal containers, cereal box, toilet paper rolls, paper towel rolls)
• straws, pipe cleaner, plastic bottle caps, bread ties (plastic or wire)
• foil
• packaging popcorn foam
• string, yarn,masking tape
• buttons, stickers, glitter and general craft supplies
