Today we began graphing our number of pages during SSR.
-We will discuss the article from homework, “Debate Among Teachers, Administrators, Scientists Over Starting School Later”
-Students write a brief OREOS paragraph.

Students are beginning routines with SSR and bell work this week.

Today students completed a personal reading sheet & handed it in.
Students received an article to read for homework. They are reading for:
-evidence
-statements of credibility/statements from experts
-reasoning (why–connect evidence to argument)

Come to class on Wednesday prepared to discuss your findings.
*Don’t forget about vocabulary weeks 1 & 2 due Friday.
