HLA 4:
CO: Students will demonstrate understanding of academic and multiple-meaning words and phrases using vocabulary guidelines.
LO: Students will read, write, listen, and speak using vocabulary words correctly.

1. SSR + record number of pages read
2. Review how to do vocabulary homework
-give examples
-pull strong sentences
-what does it mean to know a word?
3. Graded work returned
-decide what goes into portfolio, binder, or recycling
4. To Kill a Mockingbird books assigned
-make sure to list your name clearly and the book number
5. Chapter 1 of TKAM
6. For Thursday: Read chapters 2-3 and answer questions.
REMINDERS:
-Vocabulary for weeks 24-25 are due March 11th
-Book talks are on Friday
-Submit entries to The Quill via Mrs.Durfee (poetry, stories, or art work)
