MEL has so much to offer.

Hello families,

We have been enjoying stories on animals and pets the last few weeks. Our focus is using online databases in Michigan Electronic Library (MEL) to collect information and share it in googles slides.

We are in the process of researching the best pet for them and then creating a slide show using their notes. Other students are in the process of reaching the best pet for their household and writing three reasons and examples to support their opinion while notetaking. They will then use this information to create a persuasive slideshow. Older students will be researching an endangered animal and sharing what their learned in a slideshow as well.
