Week 2 of Remote Learning

Hi Families,

We made it through week 1! Week 2 will look a bit different 🙂 Let’s just hope everything goes smoothly in regards to technology-sorry about the lagging and freezing on today’s Zoom meeting 🙁

I have emailed you all the Zoom link to access for all of next week and the schedule for week 2. We will begin to ease into long mornings of instruction, with a few breaks here and there. If possible, please make sure your child has a whiteboard, dry erase marker, pencil, and a notebook to use for next week. We will be starting with Community Circles (building friendships) and digging into Reviews and Routines in our new Benchmark Curriculum. We will also begin Module 1, Lesson 2 in Eureka Math. These live lessons will be recorded if your child isn’t able to make it on, please give me a heads up though.

The following week everything should be getting posted in Schoology (no longer through an email) with the lessons and links for the week. Thanks for being patient and flexible, it’s all we can do right now with this big change and challenge we’ve been given. I appreciate your support! Please let me know if you are not receiving my emails 🙂
