  1. A newspaper reporter prints a very negative article about the president of the United States. Which right protects the newspaper reporter?
  2. When a citizen is arrested do they have the right to a lawyer? Why?
  3. According to the United States Constitution you are have rights. Is going to any mosque, church or any place of worship part of your rights?
  4. Are obeying the law, serving on a jury and voting considered rights or responsibilities?
  5. As a citizen of the United States you are required to serve on a jury.  What can happen if you are picked and do not serve on a jury?

  7. American citizens are granted freedom of speech, according to the first amendment of the United States constitution. When does freedom of speech become limited?
