What was happening in our classroom?
- This week we continued our reading comprehension with the learning about the core word “GO”.
- We answered the reading comprehension questions, “What book did we read?” & “What was our core word?“.
- We read “Go! Go! Go!” book from the “Core First Learning” series.
- This week’s story was “I know an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Pie”. This book was written By “Alison Jackson” and illustrated by “Judith Byron Schachner”.
- This week, we learned about the letter “G”.
- We worked on letter “G” worksheets. We made letter “G” crafts.
- The word “Grapes” starts with the letter “G”.
- For math comprehension, we continued on counting numbers 1-10.
- We counted blocks, cubes, and our fingers, and we sang counting numbers song.
- For science comprehension, we learned about calendar, seasons, & the Weather.
- In this week we met our physical therapist, Mrs. LaSandra, Mr. Al the occupational therapist, and our Speech therapist, Ms. Kaitlyn.
- we also had so much fun in the Gym, Art, & Music.
