Greetings, Friends & Families!
What was Happening?
- We started this week by having two specials on Monday, Gym & Music.
- The letter of the week was “Q”. We made our crafts that represented the letter “Q”. “Q” is for “Queen”.
- Reading comprehension: We answered “What book did we read?”. We used “Go Fish” book from “Core First Learning” series.
- “GO” was our core word for this week.
- We also read “Pete The Cat And The Lost Tooth” story. A book by “James Dean”.
- Math comprehension: For this month, February, we started the concept of shapes.
- We participated and had fun in Gym, Music, & Art.
- We ended this week by attending an assembly that was sponsored by Detroit Pistons.
