We continued adding to our villages from last week’s Urban Game. Students were also given time to complete the handout over the origins of the industrial revolution in England.

We reviewed the start of WWII, and then watched a video covering the first half of WWII. Students were then given time to work on the Ch. 16 sec. 4 Textbook Questions — due tomorrow.

Students finished answering the questions over the Mill Times video from Wednesday. They were also given time to work on the chart over Ch. 25 sec. 1 + 3 — due on Monday.

We discussed yesterday’s handout on the Agricultural Revolution, and then students began to create their villages for the Urban Game.

The questions on work before the I.R. were checked and discussed. We also began answering questions over the Mill Times video. Students were then given time in class to work on Agricultural Revolution handout.

After going over the class “Ps”, we introduced the Industrial Revolution by reading about life before the I.R.. Students then answered questions over cottage industries.
