Lunch: Please pack a paper bag or zip lock bag lunch with your child’s name, and teacher’s name on it (Student Name, Miss Vuichard)
We will be leaving school around 9:30 a.m. and we will be back at school 2:30 p.m.
*Chaperones* There is a note coming home today, giving you this information and who is going to be in you group. Thank you for chaperoning! We are going to The Henry Ford Museum, located at 20900 Oakwood Boulevard, Dearborn, MI 48124. We are going to see the exhibits especially The Towers of Tomorrow with Lego Bricks. This is located at The Gallery by General Motors in the Museum. If you are driving your student, please come to the office around 9:30 a.m.. We will leave by 9:30 to get to the Museum around 10:00 am. You have the freedom to explore with your group during the time we are there. Our 4th grade is planning to have lunch around 12:00 pm in the cafeteria. We are leaving around 2:00 p.m. You can go to the gift shop if students have money.
Gift Shop Money: Students can bring money for the gift shop. To ensure that you student does not lose their money, please put it in a bag with their name of it.

We shared the book, Balloons Over Broadway, about the creator of the high flying balloons for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. The students worked in groups to create a character from a balloon. Please check out the video of the parade of balloons on Dojo.
Our class collected 229 cans for the food drive. I am proud that we could help others at this time of year. Thank you very much.
Here are the homework answers from this week’s homework. There is optional homework assignment on pg 224 #3 a-L in the in Succeed Books. This assignment is not graded, just for practice. The quiz will include 6 factor/ prime and composite numbers problems, 3 multiple problems and 3 division problems. The quiz is worth 15 points.

**Canned Food Drive: We are currently at 154 cans! We need 136 more cans to meet our goal! Now, the Hype Canned Food Drive Ends this Friday. If our classroom has the most cans by Friday, then Hype will give us a pizza party! I will extend our deadline for our canned food collecting to Friday, November 22th since The Battle Against Hunger Canned Food Drive is collecting cans during the week of Nov. 18th to the 22nd. In simple words, we have another week and a half to meet our goal! Remember if we meet our goal, I will give our class at Pizza Party on November 26th. It could be possible that our class could received two pizza parties for giving back to our community!**
