Happenings for April 24 – 28
Congratulations to all the cast and crew of Aladdin Jr.!!! What a great performance. Your hard work really paid off!
8th Grade: students will be evaluating their classmates commercials at the end of this week. Commercials must contain the name of the shoe brand, the cost and where the consumer can purchase them. There also needs to be movement in the form of animation. In the past few days I have observed some creative and funny commercials being produced. I am very excited to see the final commercials on Friday the 28th!
7th Grade: students are finishing up their paper roller coasters this week. On Friday the 28th we will be testing for time. We are looking for the longest time of a marble to travel from start to finish. We are also looking for a theme with each coaster.
6th Grade: I am so impressed with the creativity of the 6th grade classes this year in drafting ideas for their game board project! Our groups seem well organized and focused. They will spend the next five weeks designing boards, creating rules and all of the pieces they need to play a game.
