Dear Parent/Guardian,

On Tuesday, June 2nd, you will be able to pick up your child’s personal belongings from school.  In addition, you will receive your child’s year end certificates.  We are also asking that parents return some student items back to the school when they arrive.  For example, library books, LLI books, instruments & safety belts, etc. 

Please follow the established guidelines so we can ensure the safety of our students, parents, and staff members.  Please wear a mask during curbside pick-up.

Student Material Distribution – 

Student Material Distribution, Tuesday, June 2nd-

1.  Parents will enter the staff/visitor parking lot.  Please remember to stay in your car for curbside pick-up.

2. Student Personal Belongings will be distributed by staff members assigned to one of the  four locations adjacent to the parking lot.

3. Parents/Students will stay in their vehicles at all times. 

4. Please write your child’s full name on a sheet of paper and hand it to the staff member when you pull up.  Please write clearly and neatly. Thank you. 

5. Remember, if you have an item that needs to be returned, please label it and bring it to school at that time.  For example, library books, LLI books, instruments & safety belts, etc. 

6. We will be distributing belongings by last names.  It is important to come at the assigned times for quicker service.   Please see the times below:

   Last Name beginning with A:  10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

     Last Name beginning with B-M:  11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m 

     Last Name beginning with N-Z:  12:00 p.m – 1:00 p.m.

سيتم توزيع ممتلكات الطلاب الشخصية من قبل الموظفين المعينين في أحد المواقع الأربعة المجاورة لموقف السيارات.

سيبقى أولياء الأمور / الطلاب في سياراتهم في جميع الأوقات.

يرجى كتابة اسم طفلك الكامل على ورقة وتسليمه إلى الموظف عند الانسحاب. يرجى الكتابة بوضوح ودقة. شكرا لك.

Location:  Outside the main entrance.  Grade level tables will be set up.  Please walk up to the grade level table to pick up the materials.

Grade Level Times listed below:

10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m :     All Grades: Young 5’s, Kindergarten, 1^st grade, 2^nd grade , 3^rd grade, 4^th grade, 5^th grade

It is recommended that only parents come to school to pick up their child’s materials.

يوم الجمعة ، 8 مايو ، سيتمكن الآباء من الحضور إلى جير بارك لاستلام كتب (كتب) الرياضيات الخاصة بأطفالهم والمواد المدرسية التي تم طلبها لكل مستوى دراسي.
الموقع: خارج المدخل الرئيسي. سيتم إعداد جداول مستوى الدرجات. يرجى السير إلى طاولة مستوى الصفوف لالتقاط المواد.
أوقات مستوى الصف المدرجة أدناه:
10:00 صباحًا – 12:00 مساءً: الدرجات: الصغار 5 ، روضة الأطفال ، الصف الأول ، الصف الثاني
12:15 مساءً – 2:15 مساءً : الصف: الصف الثالث ، الصف الرابع ، الصف الخامس
من المستحسن أن يأتي الآباء فقط إلى المدرسة لالتقاط مواد طفلهم.
من المستحسن أن يرتدي الآباء قناع وجه عند القدوم لالتقاط المواد.

Since we are unable to use Google Meets, we are now going to use something called “Big Blue Button” to have our virtual lessons. Tomorrow we will have a practice one at 1:00 PM.
