ELA~

Spelling~ Week 14. New words, projects and activities! Test, Friday Feb. 9th.

Writing~ We are finishing up our partner Explanatory Essay on Tiny Houses. Next  we will be working on our publishing center books, and M-Step prep!

Reading~ Wonder questions will be assigned today and due Friday, the 9th.

Math~

4th~ More long division, with the Partial quotients method.

5th~ Division with fractions.

Science~

Both grades will continue working with their new science units.

Social Studies~

4th~ Continue with government.

5th ~ Continue Road to the Revolution.

Leader In Me~ 7 Habits-Win Win! Students will write how they used Win Win, while writing their Tiny Houses Essay!

Important Dates/Reminders:

1. Please turn in the report card envelope & expectation note signed.
2. 1st class assembly & PBIS reward Wednesday, Feb.7th.
3. Late Start~ Wed. Feb. 7th.
4. Book Fair this week & continue to collect $$ for Children’s hospital.
