This week at a glance….

Good morning families, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.

Here’s what is happening this week.

Spelling~ The students received their new set of words, and will have a test this Friday.

Social Studies~Unit test Friday.  Look for a Study Guide going home tomorrow.

Math~ Continue working with decimals. We will begin multiplying using decimals. Please make sure your child is practicing their basic multiplication facts daily!!!

Writing~ The students are completing their second narrative piece.

Reading~ MSLIP,  many students will begin their new book tomorrow!!

Our Halloween party will be this Friday, for one hour during the afternoon. If your child chooses to participate, please make sure your child comes to school dressed in their costume. They are not allowed to wear masks,  only minimal makeup,  and no accessories!!! We have discussed all of this already.  So, the students understand what to do!!! We look forward to a fun afternoon!!
