I hope everyone had a beautiful weekend and Mother’s Day!!!

Spelling~

New words for the week. Homographs! Students will have to know the meanings of each word, since that is the purpose of homographs. Also, if the fist part of the word is in bold, then that means it is a noun and those that have the 2nd part in bold are verbs.

There are NO CONTENT WORDS THIS WEEK!! The students still will have 2 words to learn though!!!

Math~ Continue fractions…Unit 7 assessment date to be determined.

Writing~ The students will have the three-day district writing prompt this week. We will begin this tomorrow.

Reading~ The students will continue studying biographies.

Social Studies~ Economics we will continue.

There is a LATE START WEDNESDAY, MAY 14TH!!!!

Volunteer Tea is Thursday, May 15th for parents in the cafeteria at 9:00 a.m.
