- Students worked in groups on a jigsaw activity. Each group was assigned one color (one objective)
- Yellow group (or green): write the equation of a line in point slope form given 1 point and the slope or given 2 points. example 1, example 2 p28,29. Application: p36#3-6, 11-34.
- Pink group: Find an equation of a parallel line. example 5 page 32. Application p 37#41-44 part a. Find an equation for the line passing through the given point and parallel to the given line.
- Orange Group. Find an equation of a perpendicular line. Example 6 page 32. Application p37#41-44 part b. Find an equation for the line passing through the given point and perpendicular to the given line.
- Students will be presenting tomorrow.
- All students will be responsible for all practice problems due Thursday for all 3 objectives. p37#3-6, 41-44 parts a and b.
- Students finished their SAT pre test No calculator section for 25 minutes

- The above accommodations were made just because I understand that everybody is trying to adjust and get used to the routines of the class, but they will not be made every time I assign homework or a task from khan academy. DUE DATES SHOULD BE RESPECTED starting next week.

- Students worked independently to complete exponent rules practice then correct them using colored pen. Exponent rule practice
- Students had the opportunity to ask questions about the incorrect ones they got; feedback was given.

- We started chapter P and we talked about real numbers, some definitions and some vocab. We focused on using inequalities to compare real numbers and we started talking about converting between inequality and interval notations Section P1 notes
