Learning Labs/Grades
Please check your email every day to see if you are scheduled for a learning lab. Several people are not showing up when asked. It will say on the email if it is virtual or in-person, don’t just show up to the school.
People are starting to panic now that progress reports have gone out. Please do not ask to complete any work from September. I extended those due dates multiple times, sent out emails, and posted on the blog. I am no longer accepting late late work.
My late work policy is on the syllabus, which I went over on class with you and in the video. The syllabus is in the Permanent Links folder on Schoology.
Late Work Policy
One day late: -10% off earned score
Two days late: -20% off earned score
Three days late: -30% off earned score
I will not accept late work after three days. That is very fair, especially when we work on a lot of it together in class.
I hope this clears things up. You have to log into class, you have to turn your work in on time. Ask for help when you need it. I’ve been saying this over and over since school began.
