Mrs. Bridgeman's Art Class

Mrs. Hammoud’s class test is on Monday, Dec., 14 and Mrs. Bridgeman’s is on Tuesday, Dec., 15, 2015.

Our Social Studies Test on Unit 3 will be next week on Tuesday, December 15, 2015.  Your student will bring home a review to study.  We will continue to study the material in class.  I have enclosed an attachment for your child to use to review soc.studyguide answer1 soc.studyguideanswer2  I just noticed question 17 on page 2 should be answer B-exploration, settlement, statehood.

Our Unit 3 Math test will be on Wednesday.  Our review went home on Monday for your child to begin studying.  The test covers measurement, area, perimeter and line plot.  We will continue to review at school.

Our Social Studies quiz will also be on Wednesday.  A review went home last evening.  The quiz covers problems and solutions for MI statehood and early pioneers and indians living in MI.

Our spelling words this week have the /ou/ pattern.  Here are our words:

increase, decrease, minimum, maximum, reduce.

Our test will be on Friday, December 11, 2015.

We will be having a Social Studies quiz on Wednesday.  The students will take home a review on Monday.  It has only 2 questions for them to answer.

Next week we will be having our Social Studies test.  I am putting the jeopardy review on our blog under class links(History of Michigan review) for students to study.  I will update you on the exact date of the

test and a study guide will be sent home with your child.

We will be off school from Nov. 25-29 (Wednesday through Sunday). Wednesday is a coference release day and Thursday is Thanksgiving.

A note will be coming home either this week or next depending on the date of your child’s conference.  The focus will be on NWEA testing, reading and math levels and report cards.  Please let your child know if we will need someone to translate for us, so it can be scheduled.
