Welcome Back!
School is almost here! Wow, I can hardly believe that summer is over and school is beginning. We have a half day on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, starting at 8:40 a.m. and leave at 11:45 a.m. I am looking forward to a great school year and am excited to meet all my new students.
Summer is here!!!!
Wow, you are now on your way to 4th grade. Congratulations! Please remember to keep up your reading and math skills. I want you to have fun this summer with lots of outside playtime with friends and family. Enjoy yourself, but keep reading everyday ( myon, mobymax, and read just plain books) and don’t forget to practice your multiplication facts up to 12. Just spend a little time each day (30 minutes) and you will be amazed how well you do in the fall. I will be reading a lot this summer, too!
Math Test
On Thursday, we will be having a Unit 10 math test. It will cover measurement, pictographs and line graphs. The review will be coming home on Tuesday.
Social Studies Test and Science Test
On Wednesday is our Social Studies test on economy. A review went home today. Also, students can review online by going to the Class Links on the right side of this page-economy jeopardy review.
Our science test is also on Wednesday with Ms. Hammoud. Students have a study guide to review the material.
