Monday, Monday

Good morning!  Today the 6th graders are graphing decimals in the coordinate plane. If you do not complete it in class, finish it as home. No extra homework.

Today the 7th graders are working on long division, converting fractions to decimals. If you do not complete this in class it will become homework.

I will be at professional development during the day. Hope to see you at conferences tonight!

Friday, October 23

6th graders did a webquest in class. You can finish the last question at home if you didn’t  finish. Their homework is to sketch a design on any kind of paper for their quilt project.

7th graders completed bookwork in class. It is also posted in google classroom. Your homework is IXL assignment #6 on S.Notation.

Thursday, Oct. 22

6th graders are starting their Quilt Project today. Your homework is to find the area of the quilt square by decomposing and composing on the worksheet from class.

7th graders did a webquest on scientific notation today. You homework is the same IXL assignment #5 from this week which is due tomorrow. You will have homework over the weekend, so make sure you are caught up!

Wednesday, October 21

6th graders are working on Order of Operations. They have 6 problems for homework on Google classroom.

7th graders have the same IXL assignment #5 that is due Friday.  Some may have a few problems to finish from classwork on Scientific Notation if they were not focused on their classwork.
