Pennies for Pasta Fundraiser for Children with Cancer!

We had our first angel donor on Friday who donated a large sum to our donation box! That gives us a great start for this fundraiser and a big shot at winning! Make sure to talk to your friends and family to see who wants to support children with cancer. Any amount will help a person in need so don’t think that what you gather is too small! Lots of small donations all over the country add up to millions of dollars in support of these beautiful children who need as much help as possible. Thank you for your support! Let’s go #TeamAlasry! (Oh yeah- we REALLY need to beat @Mr.Melvin’s first block! I’ll explain why on Monday :))

Alarms today

Just a reminder the City of Dearborn will be individually testing outdoor emergency sirens TODAY,  Thursday, March 8.

Don’t be alarmed if you hear a nearby siren sound. Siren tests will begin at 8 a.m. and continue periodically throughout the testing window in different areas of the city.

Dearborn has 19 emergency outdoor sirens. Emergency personnel and technicians will sound the alarms one at a time during this Thursday, March 8 testing to ensure each is working properly and can be heard appropriately. An alarm could be sounded more than onceon Thursday (March 8).
