During the week of November 27th, we will be wrapping up Chapter 2 and assessing students on the topics that we explored. Here is the plan:

Monday: Complete lessons 2.3.3 and 2.3.4

Tuesday: Complete lesson 2.3.5

Wednesday: Complete the closure activity and problems (the rest is homework)

Thursday: TEAM assessment (this is like a group test)

Friday: Individual Assessment (This is a test that each student completes his/herself

The following topics will be assessed:

1- Venn diagrams, Bar graphs, Dot Plots, Histograms, Stem and Leaf Plots

2- Interpreting the above listed graphs

3-Area of composite figures using the deduce/decompose strategy

4- Generic rectangles and multiplication

5- Penny Models/Rectangular Arrays

6- Adding/Subtracting decimals (review from 5th grade)
