CO: I can analyze the role of governments in dealing with positive and negative externalities.

LO: I can watch a film about the global impacts of climate change and discuss/write about how governments have dealt or are dealing with the negative externalities related to changes in the Earth’s climate. 

ESSENTIAL QUESTION: How are governments dealing with the NEGATIVE EXTERNALITIES associated with changes in EARTH’S climate.

Task One: Take notes during all class period we are watching the film. Notes will be submitted for grade.

Task Two: Answer essential question in three evidence based paragraphs using the CER format/rubric.

Must include in paragrpahs: 

1) 3 Full paragraphs.

2) At least 4 pieces of evidence from the film/notes.
