Please remember, there is a MANDATORY meeting coming up on March 17th at 2:45. Your kindergarten student will be dismissed to you then. Everyone MUST attend this meeting. If you have any questions, please ask!

Book Summary

Every Wednesday Mr. Higgins will hold a drawing where he will pick completed book summary slips! Please be sure to only return COMPLETED book summary slips with your child’s first and last name printed clearly. One slip will be going home today! Happy reading!

PTA Movie Night

William Ford’s PTA is inviting all of you to Movie Night tomorrow! The movie is “The Jungle Book” and all children should be accompanied by an adult. If you are a PTA member, your child is free! If not, the movie is $2.00! Pizza, chips, juice…etc. will also be sold!

Germs, Germs, Germs…

**Sickness has been going around our classrooms! PLEASE remember if your child is sick they need to be fever free (WITHOUT Medicine) for 24 hours to return to school. Also, if they vomit twice within 24 hours please keep them at home.**

When your child is at home, please reinforce proper hand washing:

  1. Use soap and water
  2. Rub soapy hands together for 20 seconds–or sing the happy birthday song twice
  3. Rinse off soap
  4. Dry hands with a towel
