M-Step is coming!

In ELA, we will take the state assessment test, M-Step, on May 10th & 11th.

Your student will also be tested in math and science this year so there will be other days upcoming for those tests.

In advance of the tests, the State of Michigan has sent out the following letters for parents.  Please take a moment to read the letter.  If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know and I’ll do my best to find you an answer.

“Think & Search”

AGENDA: (1) Read for SSR+, (2) One or two students presented Book Talks, (3) Logged on and worked on Wordly Wise, (4) Using notes from yesterday’s questions, took a brief quiz on reading selection,  (5) Reviewed “right there” questions and added “think & search” to the QAR chart, (6) Wrote one “think & search” question about yesterday’s reading, (7) Two-minute countdown
