Advisory

This morning, we held our first Advisory class for the year. Students’ Advisory will be the same as their first hour class.

Today’s focus was to establish the routine and procedures for setting up the physical environment to hold the circle. We then introduced ourselves and created the norms for when we CIRCLE IT UP.

We will meet in Advisory each Wednesday morning, with the exception of late start Wednesdays. For each meeting, there will be a framing question and related activity that focuses on improving the overall school climate and student-to-student & student-to-staff relationships.
