The American Heart Association finished counting the donations from Lowrey ES and the grand total donations are…..$5,321.16!!!  We had so many people contribute to making this happen and I appreciate every one of you!!  We also had the top fundraising class raise $501.89–Mrs. Alcodray’s 5th grade class!!  And Haddy Rachidi in Ms. Fawaz’s class was the top fundraiser of $183.00!!

Our goal was $1000 this year, as this was the first ever Lowrey Elementary Jump Rope for Heart event and our students way surpassed that!  I will be posting this information along with some pictures on my blog, in the school bulletin and School Life also came out and took pictures…so look for the article in the next issue.
