Writing
- Practice writing sight words and spelling words in a sentence.
- Read a book and answer a few questions using complete sentences:
- Did you like the book? Why or why not?
- Did you find anything funny in the story? Why was it funny?
- Who were the characters? Who was the main character? Tell me about them.
- What was the setting of the book? Was there more than one? Could the story have happened in a different setting? If yes, where; if no, why not?
- What did the story make you think about?
- Why do you think the author wrote the book?
Please keep all their work together in a notebook or on paper and put in their folder for when we return to school.
