Some of the videos I’m showing in class are on YouTube however some are not. If you want to rewatch the video for the 1970s they are on Netflix. One of the episodes is “United States vs. Nixon”, the other is “The State of the Union is not so Good”.

For the next week of class we are going to be analyzing the 1950s. We are going to analyze some documents as well as write an essay about whether or not the 1950s were the best decade.

In class and over break step 1 should be done. Analyze, annotate, and answer the questions for documents A-F.

Today we looked at how the Cold War affected different parts of the world. We used this chart: The Cold War Around the World to figure out how the Cold War affected those particular countries.
