The choices for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday have been changed to the following:

Tuesday – 1st choice is fish patty

Wednesday – 1st choice is hummus/pita

Thursday – 1st choice is 3 bean chili

2nd choice for the week is grilled cheese.

• Field Trip – We will be going to the Lincoln Park Skating Center tomorrow for our field trip. Students should pack a brown bag lunch and are welcome to bring their own skates or rollerblades if they have them. Reminder notes went home to our chaperones with who you will be driving and what time to be at school.

• March is Reading Month – An information packet went home today with all of the exciting things in store for the month. Please send me an email with any questions you may have.

• Guest Readers – We LOVE having guest readers! If you are interested in coming into the class to read a book, please fill out the form that came home today with a few times or days that work for you.

• Writing Research – today we started a new piece for writing that will explain how to make hot chocolate.  Of course, we had to try it out first to make sure our writing is accurate
