- Please make sure that you or your child are filling in the number of minutes they read each night on Week 1 of their March is Reading Month slip. They have 4 nights (last night, tonight, Wednesday night, and Thursday night) to reach their goal of 120 minutes. Reading slips are due on Friday.
- Spirit week continues with “around the world” day for Wednesday. It can be as simple as a t-shirt or hat from a place you have visited, or you can wear an outfit that represents a different state, country, or culture. We had some awesome book characters in our classroom today! I keep forgetting to take pictures…sorry :/
- There is math homework tonight and the test for unit 7 is on Friday. If you haven’t seen the study guide, please look back at yesterday’s post.
- Everyone brought home a wish list from the book fair today. We will return on Thursday to make our purchases.
- WE DID IT AGAIN!! We have earned a full pan of brownie points for the second time this year! That means we get to make “brookies” (brownie with a chocolate chip cookie in the middle). My plan is to make them first thing on Friday morning…if you are looking for something to do on Friday, we could always use one parent helper 🙂
