Today in Language Arts, the students learned about our last two types of figurative language! I have attached examples of allusion and adage to this blog post. I have also taken a picture of all of the types of figurative language. Now we just need to find examples of them in our text! I have also attached the new word wall to this post. We also worked on our student-led conference forms today in class. We will practice these conferences this week and be reading to meet with parents at conferences.
Homework: Read for 20 minutes and get all missing work turned in.
What’s Coming in LA: Figurative Language Test Thursday, Library Day tomorrow, Book Fair Preview Day next Monday
Have a great evening!
