Classes were shorter today because Advisory was an hour log at the end of the day. We had Game Day as a reward for PBIS.
During class, the students spent time finishing the rough draft of their compare and contrast essay. If the students did not finish in class, it is homework.
We will be having our next unit test on Monday. The students need to know what theme is, how to make connections, poetry, prefixes, suffixes, and root words, the story “The Good Deed”, and the story they focused on for their Theme Project. Study tools can be found in their interactive notebooks and on Google Classroom. They will be allowed to use their literature books for the entire test.
