In Language Arts today the students continued to study characterization.  We made a life-size drawing of the protagonist in our story as described by in the book.  The students then used their knowledge of the five components of characterization to describe the character using textual evidence to support their thinking. At the end of class, the students presented their projects to the rest of the students in their class.

The students also spent time preparing their writing interactive notebooks for checking.  I will be grading these on Thursday.

Have a great evening!
