Today in Language Arts I spent a lot of time going over assignments with the students.  It is possible that we will have a cold day over the break and I wanted the students to be prepared.  If we do have school tomorrow, it will be a work day to complete assignments and ask questions.  We will also take our vocabulary test.

During class, the students read and discussed an article from our vocabulary books. They are expected to complete the activities that correspond to the vocabulary lesson by Friday, February 27th. We also practiced writing an introduction and conclusion for our compare and contrast essay.  The students are expected to have their rough drafts completed when they return from break.
