Our Language Arts class continued their discussion on theme. We looked more closely at the theme for All Summer in a Day and supported our thinking with evidence from the text. We also finished looking at the story All Summer in a Day by watching the movie. Before we did this, we wrote down what we believed the setting would look like and the characters based upon what we had read and the work we had been doing with characterization and setting. While watching the video, we described what we actually saw. We then completed a Venn Diagram comparing and contrasting the two. I have added the video to this blog post.
Homework:
1. Complete one hour on Moby Max in the Grammar section.
