Our second vocabulary test was taken today.  I should have grades updated to reflect the scores later this evening.  During class we focused on learning about conflict.  We discussed that a conflict was a problem in a story and that each story can have multiple conflicts.  We practiced identifying the conflicts in All Summer in a Day.

Tomorrow we will be having a team building day and the entire sixth grade will be watching Jumanji to end the day.  This will be our Halloween celebration.  Therefore, students will not be attending their regularly scheduled classes but they will be with all of their teachers for the entire day.

Homework: Reading Log due Monday, internal and external conflict due Monday, and eat lots of candy!
