Today is the first day of parent teacher conferences are tonight from 4 until 7. All of your child’s core teachers will be hosting conferences in Mrs. Cosenza’s Classroom (41). Please bring your child with you when you attend conferences.

In Language Arts, the students were introduced to the story, “All Summer in a Day.” The students read the story and identified the reason the author would write this story, the point of view, and the genre of the story.  We also went to the book fair so the students would know which books will be available for purchase at conferences tonight.

Homework: Read for 20 minutes, attend conferences with your parents, and vocabulary test will be Friday.
