8th Grade Make-Up Work- 3rd Card Marking

Hello,

Students are able to make up three missing assignments per card marking as stated in the syllabus. If anything is not here, such as questions for an scene from Anne Frank, please use the search feature above and type in a key word or two. It will take you to a blog post with those directions. If not, please email me and I will amend this post to include that assignment as well. Here are links to all assignments that are able to be made up this card marking.

Thesis Statement Practice- Find 10 different prompts on the website below and write 10 example thesis statements. Next, explain why each thesis statement is strong using the rules discussed in class, such as no questions, must include position and claims, and can not use the word “I”.
