Thank You!

Hello O. L. Smith Community,

Tonight is the Teacher of the Year ceremony. I am honored to be a nominee for this award. It means a lot that a student would take the time out of their day to write about the impact I have had on them. The nomination is especially sweet for two reasons. First, I am a first year teacher and knowing I have already inspired a student means the world to me. Second, this is the same award that my mother won in 2014. While I do not know the results, know that I am very thankful and proud to be your teacher this year.
