I’m getting lots of questions regarding the fitness charts that I sent out. When you fill them out record the number that you do. For example – 30 sit-ups or 3 sets of 15 push-ups, etc. My goal is for you to get some exercise and improve your level of fitness. Don’t get hung up on everything being done perfectly! It’s okay to be creative. If you did not record the number that you did previously just start doing that now. If you received your chart mid week just start from there.
I’ve been riding an exercise bike some days and other days jogging ( very slowly) 🙂 Some days I jog up and down the stairs for a few minutes in addition to walking my dogs.I’m also going to start biking when the weather gets better. I do these things to keep fit but I also find that it really boosts my mood and reduces stress.
