My classes are swimming through 2/25. All students must swim. Any missed swim days must be made up with a maximum 5 allowed.
All swimmers are expected to fully participate in the swim lesson for all daily points to be awarded.

Final Make-up swim days:- 1/19 After school Co-Ed
1/21 Before and After school Co-Ed
Health Lessons: 1/20 and 1/21 and 1/22 ( Fitness testing make-ups may be scheduled on these days). Students should always be prepared for Health or Phys. Ed. lessons.

Health lessons begin 1/11 Students need pencil and paper and gym clothes for the remainder of the semester.

There are 3 remaining fitness tests this semester –
( 1) Push-ups ( 2) Sit-ups ( 3) Pull-ups
In an effort to help the girls succeed I will allow them to chose either their Push-up score or their Pull-up score to be submitted for their grade.

Thursday 1/7 6:30 a.m. *Girls only 2:30 p.m. Co-ed
Tuesday 1/12 6:30 a.m. Co-ed 2:30 p.m. Co-ed
Thursday 1/14 6:30 a.m. *Girls only 2:30 p.m. Co-ed
I encourage students to attend since we still have fitness testing to complete and some students may need extra poinst to cushion their grade.
