Reminder, Wednesday June 24th is the last day for summer school. أهلاً! تذكير: الأربعاء 24 يونيو هو آخر أيام الدراسة الصيفية.

Hello! Reminder summer school starts this Wednesday June 12th. If your son/dauhgter is not in my class during the school year please remember to send in an extra set of clothes in case they have an accident and diapers too. I am attaching the dates that summer school in in session. The hours are 8:00-2:30.

The last day of school is Friday June 7th and it it a half day. School will be dismissed at 11:30

If your son or daughter is attending summer school the first day is Wednesday June 12th. The hours for summer school are 8:00-2:30.

The bus leaves at 9:00 for field day at Edsel Ford, so it would be greatly appreciated if you feed your son/daughter at home in the morning. Thank you.

*IMPORTANT* On Monday May 13th we are going to the Detroit Zoo. It would be greatly appreciated if you could feed your son/daughter at home before they come to school. The parent and staff interview committee for an additional Special Education Coordinator position will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2024, from 2:30pm to 5:00pm (may end sooner).  Please email HR Generalist, Inas Mouzahem,at mouzahi@dearbornschools.org to express your interest in participating on the committee.  This message is posted on the blog of 11 schools. 

The first parent from each building to express interest will be sent an invitation until we have one parent from each building and/or 11 parents in total.  

If you have participated on any other interview committees in the past year, you will be placed on a waiting list in order to allow more parents the opportunity to participate.

The Titan Athletic Club is hosting their 11^thannual Special Needs Basketball Camp on Thursday, June 20^th.

They will have current and former men’s and women’s basketball players volunteering at the camp.

This is a one-day clinic for any special needs players ages 10 & older to learn and develop basketball skills. All abilities are welcome. This should be a very rewarding experience for both the campers and the volunteers. Here’s a link to the web site www.DetroitTitans.com/SpecialNeedsCamp
