The district has updated its tentative calendar for the school year to delay early release days until October 10th. قامت المنطقة بتحديث التقويم المؤقت الخاص بها للعام الدراسي لتأجيل أيام الإصدار المبكر حتى 10 أكتوبر.

Open House is Friday August 25th from 1:30-3:00 . This is an opportunity for you to come see the classroom (106), meet me if your son/daughter is new to my class, and bring in supplies. البيت المفتوح يوم الجمعة 25 أغسطس من الساعة 1:30 حتى 3:00. هذه فرصة لك لتذهب لرؤية الفصل الدراسي (106) ، ومقابلتي إذا كان ابنك / ابنتك جديدًا في صفي ، وجلب الإمدادات.

Does your child like to explore with food? Register them for our upcoming event where they will get to be their own chef! Participants will be provided with all the ingredients to prep, and make their own personal pizza, and salad. We are honored that Chef Dany from DPS will be joining our kiddos, and that Dearborn Public Schools special Ed dept will be partnering with us to make this event possible.  Local foodies  @detroithalaleats  & @cookingwithnadak will be joining us to encourage & support our young chefs! *This is the Dearborn Schools tentative calendar* As of today the first day of school will be Monday, Aug. 28, 2023.  It is again a half day. New this year is that school open houses will be held on Aug. 25, the Friday before school starts. I will let you know the time soon. This calendar includes early release days (90 minutes early) every Tuesday for all schools in the district. If anything about the calendar changes I will let you know.

…..is this Thursday July 27th. Currently there is no start date for the 23/24 school year. The district is still working on the calendar.

9:30-12:30 Special Education Adaptive Field Day at Edsel Ford High School. As of today the temperature is expected to be 72°-83° I suggest putting sun screen on your son/daughter if possible before they come to school. 9:30 – 12:30 يوم ميداني مخصص للتعليم الخاص في مدرسة Edsel Ford الثانوية. اعتبارًا من اليوم ، من المتوقع أن تكون درجة الحرارة 72 درجة -83 درجة مئوية ، أقترح وضع واقي شمسي على ابنك / ابنتك إذا كان ذلك ممكنًا قبل مجيئهم إلى المدرسة.

If you are going with us please be at school at 10:00. I also recommend that your son/daughter wear a hat. For the students who are able to eat I will get a packed lunch from the office to take with us. If your son/daughter is tube feb please feed them at home in the morning because tomorrow is a late start and we won’t have much time feed them at school. إذا كنت ستذهب معنا ، يرجى التواجد في المدرسة الساعة 10:00. أوصي أيضًا أن يرتدي ابنك / ابنتك قبعة. بالنسبة للطلاب القادرين على تناول الطعام ، سأحصل على غداء مرزوم من المكتب لأخذها معنا. إذا كان ابنك / ابنتك في فبراير / شباط ، يرجى إطعامهم في المنزل في الصباح لأن غدًا هو بداية متأخرة ولن يكون لدينا الكثير من الوقت لإطعامهم في المدرسة.
