Number System: We are multiplying fractions and mixed numbers. According to our first SLOT quiz, many of us need more practice with converting mixed numbers to improper fractions before multiplying. Complete homework page 256 numbers 4-10 in the textbook. The page is also in homework attachments.
Geometry: We are finding volume and surface area of rectangular prisms.
Homework for this week is to complete 30 minutes on Khan Academy. Skills we will cover on Khan for the next 2 weeks are:
- Multiply fractions
- Volume
- Surface Area
