A letter to my students…

Good evening girls. I apologize for taking a while to post but, I was trying to figure out a way that I could reach all of you without you having to keep checking my blog. I realize you probably have other subjects that you need to focus on but, I am still here and your health is also very important. Even tho you will not be graded on things that I will be posting or asking of you I want you to know that I will be here for you and hopefully you will learn some skills to coping with our current situation. I want you all to know if you need anything, have any questions or just want to talk feel free to email me. I know this is going to be a very trying time for all of us. Some of you may not feel effected yet but we do not know what the future holds and we do not know how long this is going to last. We are in this together.

If you do not have a printer to print out a physical activity log you can just as well grab a piece of paper with three columns. #1 with the date, #2 type of activity, #3 how long did you do this activity for. I would like you to keep track even if it was cooking dinner one day or making a workout for tomorrow. Write it down. When we return we will use it for some credit! Also The end end of the quarter is Wednesday. If you need a bump in your grade you are able to go to kids health.org and go to the kids or teen tab. If you read an article and email me a CER tomorrow I will be able to give you extra credit 🙂

So I miss you all very much and I am having a hard time being at home this much. A way I feel like I can reach out to a lot of you is going to be through instagram!! If you have one please follow me lowrey_pe I will be posting information anywhere from mental health to some healthy recipes, people to follow, at home workouts and hoping to help keep you positive throughout all of this. If you do not have instagram I will try and post here as well. I hope you all are doing well and staying busy at home with your families.
